Happily Ever After The Choice
The Morins: Book 2 Mike's Story
Chapter 13
Ingredients:
· 1/2 Cup Light Corn Syrup
· 1/4 Cup Water
· 3 Tbsp. Pure Vanilla Extract
· 4 ounces Bittersweet Chocolate; use Unsweetened Chocolate if you prefer a less sweet version
· 1 can (14 ounces) Sweetened Condensed Milk
· 1 Cup Half-and-Half
· 1/2 Cup Heavy Cream
· 1 Cup Irish Whiskey
Directions:

Break chocolate into smaller pieces and set aside.

Bring corn syrup, water and vanilla to a boil.

Add the chocolate and whisk over medium heat until melted.

Set aside to cool for 5 minutes.

Into a blender, pour chocolate mixture, condensed milk, half-and-half, and crea and blend.

Pour the mixture into a bowl and stir in the whiskey.

Blend the mixture for 30 seconds.

Pour into bottle(s) and refrigerate overnight. It will keep in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
